It produces 350 pounds of ice in a day using R290 refrigerant, an air-cooled condenser, and a self-contained refrigeration system. To simplify operation, it features a touch-control display that can be used to activate the 5-minute cleaning cycle, set a delay timer, or view the machine's status. For clean, fresh-tasting ice, the removable air filter should be cleaned with a vacuum and soft brush or water and a mild detergent twice per month; a water filter is recommended. This 22-inch-wide by 243/4-inch-deep by 223/10-inch-high ice machine is constructed of heavy-duty 304 stainless steel to match other back-of-house equipment and compatible storage bins.
